The software provides easy to understand customised reports from divisional level down to departmental cost centres and individual staff call costs. How does TMS work?
Firstly we use your existing bills to assign names to numbers, whether they are for business or personal calling purposes. We then group the callers by department, cost centre or division. Alternatively, you can define the parameters yourself.
TMS records information on each call made, including date, time, call duration, caller and number dialed. This information can then be analysed in any way that suits you. We design regular reports to cover all your usual requirements, and special ad-hoc reports can be produced when required. Alternatively you can at any time query the database yourself over the web to produce your own cost centre reports.
Some popular reports include:
- Known business numbers called. Time, length and caller identity
- Unknown numbers called. Peak, off peak and weekends
- Business and personal calls. Staff member, division and cost centre
- Activity of calls to your customers, clients and suppliers, and between staff members
- Analysis of number and destination of SMS text messages
- Cost summaries for allocation to departments, divisions and cost centres
TMS Analysis can be as detailed or as streamlined as you see fit.
